Fruit Shake

A cool, fruity, icy treat for a dry mouth.

Makes 2 servings. Each serving contains 260 calories and 5 grams protein (calculated with apple juice).

Ingredients

  • 2 cups juice (apple, apricot, grape or peach), chilled
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • crushed ice made from abut 4 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

Instructions

Pull all ingredients into a 1-quart plastic container with lid. Shake vigorously and serve.
