Southwestern Turkey Wraps

Makes 4 servings. Each serving= 177 calories, 8 gms fat

Ingredients

  • 3 oz fat-free or light cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp salsa
  • 2 Tbsp sliced green onion
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 8 inch flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 6 oz roasted turkey breast
  • 1/4 cup shredded nonfat cheddar cheese
  • 4 strips red bell pepper

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, salsa, onion and mustard.
  • Spread 2 Tbls. mixture over each tortilla. Layer 1/3 cup lettuce, 1/4 of the turkey (sliced into very thin stips), 1 Tbls. shredded cheese, and 1 red pepper strip. Roll to enclose filling.
  • Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours or until serving time. Cut each torilla roll into fourths.
