Veggie Drink

This vegetable juice will help you replenish nutrients and liquids. Make sure you wash all the vegetables really well. There's no need for other prep.

Red or yellow peppers enhance the sweetness of the drink.

Ingredients

  • 4 carrots
  • 3 broccoli florets with stems
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 beet, halved
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 1/4 head of cabbage
  • Handful of spinach
  • handful of Italian parsley

Instructions

  1. In a juicer, combine the carrots, broccoli, celery, beet, green pepper, cabbage, spinach, and parsley, and process according to machine directions.
