A quick version when in a pinch!
Use green onion as a garnish only when not neutropenic.
Makes 4 servings
In a saucepan, sauté onion in margarine until tender. Stir in flour and gradually add broth and water. Simmer for 20 minutes on low heat. Stir in milk. Fold in crabmeat. Garnish with green onion stems when not neutropenic.
