Peaches n' Cream Baked Oatmeal

Peaches n' Cream Baked Oatmeal

This is just like eating peach cobbler for breakfast, only healthier!

Serves: 4


  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 and 1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 2 Whole Eggs
  • 3 Tbsp Margarine, melted
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 and 1/4 cup Peaches, diced


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×9” baking dish.
  2. Melt margarine in microwave for 15 to 20 seconds. Set aside to cool.
  3. In a large bowl, combine oats, almond milk, melted margarine, eggs, salt, vanilla extract and honey.
  4. Stir ingredients until mixed well then fold-in the diced peaches.
  5. Spoon mixture into the baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool for several minutes then serve warm with a splash of milk (optional).
