Sherbet Shake

Sherbet Shake

This refreshing shake is a cinch to make and offers lots of calories and protein too. If you're lactose intolerant, substitute lactose-free milk and sorbet for milk and sherbet. Use orange sherbet for Creamsicle-like flavor.
