Super Protein Milkshake

For a high-protein, high-calorie drink, begin with Fortified Milk and enrich with ingredients such as Instant Breakfast, ice cream, and peanut butter.

Add other ingredients from the same "flavor family" to intensify flavor. For example, pair chocolate or chocolate malt Instant Breakfast with chocolate ice cream and chocolate syrup or malted milk powder, or combine strawberry Instant Breakfast with strawberry ice cream. For milder flavors, start with vanilla Instant Breakfast or use vanilla ice cream.

  • 1 cup Fortified Milk
  • 1/2 cup ice cream
  • 3 Tbsp chocolate or butterscotch syrup or malted milk powder
  • 1 Tbsp creamy all-natural or regular peanut butter, optional
  • 1 envelope Instant Breakfast mix


  1. In a blender, combine the milk, ice cream, syrup, peanut butter, and Instant Breakfast and blend until smooth.
